Surface Masters
Warranty Agreement
1. Terms of coverage:
Surface Masters
guarantees all resurfaced items for 5 years against the following
- Peeling /blistering
and all other adhesion problems
Except the following:
- Discoloring due to lack of cleaning. (soap film, food, staining, etc)
- Man-mande damage including chips, dings, scraping,
scratches or corroded metal.
- Damages
caused by plumbing leaks, rubber suction mats and caulking discoloration.
2. Coverage Period
Surface Masters
will honor this warranty upon receipt of written notice from the name customer and upon inspection of the work. Surface Masters, at it's sole discretion, will repair or refinish such
surfaces deemed as covered under this warranty.
The client acknowledges that Surface Masters cannot guarantee exact color matches
under this contract. This warranty will expire 5 years from the date of work completion, upon which date, Surface Masters will have no further obligation to any service or
provision made in this document.
3. Entire Understanding:
This warranty constitutes the sole agreement between Surface
Masters and the client regarding this warranty. It becomes effective only when
signed by both parties. No amendment or modification of this warranty shall be valid or legally
binding to the parties unless made written in a separate document and signed by both parties. If this warranty is signed
by the client and sent to Surface Masters via facsimile the client acknowledges
that they will be bound by the warranty in an equal manner as the origional document. The client also agrees to send
the original document to Surface Masters
within 14 of the facsimile transmission. It is the spirit of this agreement that this will be a mutually beneficial
arrangement for both the client and Surface Masters.
Both parties warrant that they have read and understand
the terms set forth in this agreement. This agreement shall be governed and construed with the laws of the State of
Colorado.
- If
the finish fails for any reason due to application error or material defect, we will repair it at no charge for five years.

- No preparation on your part (only
removal of objects and figures off surfaces and surrounding areas)
- We will do all clean-up. It's ready to rent/sell and
use the next day!
- The
job is not done until you are satisfied!
